Yes! You can book an appointment on behalf of a someone else. Just provide their details in the booking form, and we will ensure the consultation is tailored to their specific needs.

We offer both in-person and virtual consultations. Depending on your location and preference, you can choose the most convenient option. Virtual consultations are held via video calls for your comfort.

During your appointment, our wound care experts will:

  • Review your medical history and wound details
  • Perform a thorough assessment (in-person or virtually)
  • Provide personalized recommendations for wound care, treatment, and prevention
  • Answer any questions you may have about healing or wound management

Currently, we do not process insurance directly. However, we can provide you with an invoice for your consultation, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

For your appointment, we recommend:

  • A description of your wound or injury, including how long it has been healing (or not healing).
  • Any medical history or previous treatments related to the wound.
  • A list of current medications, if applicable.

If you have a chronic or slow-healing wound, or if you’re unsure how to care for a wound properly, it’s always best to seek expert guidance. Booking an appointment can help you prevent complications and get personalized care recommendations.
