Treatment Results	The wound showed a gradual reduction in infection and a decrease in surface area over the course of treatment, despite the absence of mechanical or surgical debridement and without the use of VAC therapy. The patient reported no pain during the application or removal of dressings, and the overall treatment was well-tolerated.
